I’m not selling some self-help BS solution that’s quick and easy. I'm not selling a coaching program all about "just changing your thoughts". I don’t believe simply changing your thoughts is enough for true body image healing. It is a total mind, body and heart healing process.
My programs are trauma-informed where we gradually work towards:
A gentle kindness for your body at any size
Courage to be seen and engage in this one life
A stronger understanding of what sits beneath the body image distress and eating behaviours (anxiety, depression, trauma)
Creating safety in your body
Helping you understand and engage in what a meaningful life looks like to you

Girl, I’m sick of the world demanding that women shrink their bodies, take up less space and not be “too much”. I’m sick of a coaching space that offers these women toxic positivity or the idea that healing is a linear, quick process. As a down-to-earth therapist of 15 years, with lived experience with an eating disorder and body shame, I understand the complexities of healing. I know the process of body liberation requires more than just changing your thoughts.
